Yaba Blend - Medium Dark

The Yaba Blend is a complex blend of 100% Arabica coffee. A medium body and creamy finish characterize its flavor profile. The intense notes of cardamom are reminiscent of my Father as he enjoyed its punchy aroma. "Yaba" is a word used in many Arabic accents to portray "Daddy." This blend is dedicated to him; may his soul rest in peace.

How to prepare: you can prepare the coffee according to the grind you got, espresso or fine etc, however the perfect way to prepare the turkish grind coffee is :

1. For every 4 oz water , i prefer using 3 to 4 small tablespoons of the turkish grind coffee. you can add more if you like it thicker.

2.Bring to a boil on low to meduim heat and serve.
